2,5 dl Sago pearls

2 dl dark flour mix

3 tsp baking powder

50 g butter, lactose free, melted

3 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

Preparation
Enjoy the scones with jam, butter, cream cheese or cheese while they are still warm. You may add herbs or spices in the dough or on top of the scones.
1. Mix milk and Sago pearls. Let them swollen about 30 minutes.
2. Mix dry materials.
3. Combine all materials and mix well.
4. Shape the dough to a thick bar. Cut the bar with knife to 8 pieces.
5. Set the pieces on baking sheet. Press down a bit if necessary.
6. Bake at 225 C about 10 minutes.
