Ingredients

  • 1 dl  Sago Potato Pearls

  • 2 dl  butter milk

  • ½ dl  potato flakes

  • ½ dl  potato starch

  • 1 ½ tsp  baking powder

  • ½ tsp  salt

  • 50 g  canola oil

Preparation

1. Add Sago Potato Pearls in butter milk and let it swell about 30 minutes.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in it. Pat the dough with potato starch covered hands in to six thin biscuits and place them on baking sheet on baking tray. Make small holes with fork on top.

3. Bake 225 degree in oven about 10-15 minutes.
