• 8 dl  milk

  • 2 dl  Sago pearls

  • 1 Tbsp  butter

  • 3/4 tsp  salt

Sago Porridge

cooking, desserts, gluten free


1. Bring the milk to a boil and then add the pearls by slowly sprinkling them and stirring at the same time.

2. Simmer for 8 minutes while stirring constantly.

3. Take the pot off the heat, put the lid on and allow the porridge to steep for 1-2 minutes.

4. Add salt and butter according to your taste.
