Code of Conduct
We want to be worthy of trust to our employees and other stakeholders. That is why we have developed a Code of Conduct that guides and reflects our commitment to responsible business.
All our new employees undergo training in the Code of Conduct, and current employees are trained regularly. We encourage everyone to report any shortcomings either to the supervisor or through the ethical reporting channel.
Finnamyl also requires all suppliers and service providers to commit to the principles of sustainable development and to comply with good work standards and responsible business ethics. The partners' activities are regularly evaluated to ensure the implementation of the ethical principles.
Ethical reporting channel
All our stakeholders have the opportunity to anonymously report any possible violation of our Code of Conduct to the management of Finnamyl Ltd without fear of consequences against the whistleblower.
We use the Whistleblowing service of our group company Berner as a reporting channel. The whistleblowing channel is managed by an external partner, WhistleB, the Whistleblowing Centre, to ensure anonymity. The notification procedure is encrypted and password protected. All reports are handled confidentially
