Sustainability assessment EcoVadis
Chemigate has been awarded the highest platinum-level recognition for responsible business practices by EcoVadis, the international assessment of corporate responsibility, in September 2025. Our sustainability performance was rated as excellent, placing us in the top 1% of companies assessed over the past year.
EcoVadis assesses corporate responsibility in terms of environmental issues, labour practices, ethical practices and sustainable procurement. The independent assessment is carried out annually. The evaluation was particularly significant for us as it was the first time that Finnamyl Oy was fully included in the evaluation for all aspects and indicators. This highlighted our contribution to the circular economy and the use of side streams in particular.
The EcoVadis assessment provides us with a concrete reference framework on which we can base our sustainability issues from customers.
