Ingredients

  • 2 dl  berry juice (lingonberry, strawberry, blueberry, etc.)

  • 3 dl  water

  • 2 Tbsp  potato starch

  • 2 Tbsp  sugar

  • 1 tsp  vanilla sugar

Preparation

1. Add juice and water to a saucepan. Add potato starch and sugar.

2. Bring to simmering point, stirring all the time. Add vanilla sugar and allow to cool.
