Ingredients

  • 4 dl  water

  • 1 dl  Finnamyl Sago Potato Pearl

  • 1 Tbsp.  berry flour (e.g. Biokia blueberry)

  • 2 Tbsp.  sugar

  • ½ tsp  vanilla sugar

Sago Potato Pearl Dessert

Preparation

1. Bring the water to a boil and then add the Potato Pearls by slowly sprinkling them while stirring at the same time.

2. Simmer for 8 minutes while stirring constantly.

3. Add the mixed sugar and berry flour at the end. 

4. Let the dessert cool completely. Serve for example with whipped cream.
