2 dl milk

1/2 dl Sago pearls

pinch of salt
Porridge in microwave oven
1 portion
cooking, gluten free
Preparation
1. Pour the milk in a deep bowl.
2. Bring the milk to a boil in 700 W microwave oven for 3 minutes. Do not heat with maximum power; it may not stay in the bowl.
3. Sprinkle the pearls in hot milk while stirring constantly. It is important the milk is hot enough.
4. Cook in microwave for 30 sec. in 700W.
5. Mix the bowl after cooking and add pinch of salt if you like.
6. Let the porridge steep for a few minutes while it will become thicker.
7. Serve with butter or jam.
